Michelle's total face approach

Michelle only believes in natural-looking treatment outcomes. She conducts total face assessments and treats the face as a whole - not in isolation. The entire face, neck and décolletage all show signs of aging over time and treating one area to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and not another can sometimes cause a 'mismatch' between areas and can make you look like you've had something 'done' to a specific area. Often, multiple treatment modalities are required to help address different skin concerns in different areas.

General FAQs

Initial patient consultations are up to 1 hour. Your medical history you filled out on your consultation forms prior to your appointment will be discussed. You will be asked your main facial concerns and Michelle will hand you the mirror. She will discuss realistic expectations about treatment outcomes, advise you of a plan for your discussed treatment options, explain the risks involved in the treatments and provide you with a quote for your treatments. You will have to sign paperwork and photos will be taken, if treatment proceeds on the day.

If you're deemed as a suitable candidate for treatment, you wish to accept the risks and proceed with the treatment, and if there is enough time to perform treatment on the day of the consultation, treatment may proceed on the same day as the consultation.

This is what the initial consultation is for and why we allow up to 1 hour for the consult - to perform a thorough, in depth discussion to help inform you about different treatments.

Yes. No matter which clinic you choose, everything is the same and we have access to your files to see what has been done previously, if you're a repeat patient and wish to come to a different clinic.
